• Compile precise bidding rate sheets and customize corporate manpower proposals.
• Initiate prioritised callback requests logged via our Virtual Concierge Assistant.
• Govern secure administrator sessions and manage dynamic service descriptions via local dashboard engines.

3. Data Storage & Local Persistence

To deliver a highly responsive, serverless experience, all active settings databases, services configurations, and client request logs are persisted securely in the local browser context using standard Local Storage (`localStorage`) protocols.

No data is sold, leased, or distributed to third-party advertising grids under any circumstances. All quote submissions remain confidential and accessible solely by authenticated Recrutiz administrative personnel.

4. Security Safeguards

We leverage industry-standard cryptographic techniques, including secure transmission tunnels and password-locked administrative overlays, to safeguard stored parameters. Deployed databases are isolated from direct external script interventions, mitigating data breach potentials.

5. Candidate & Staff Recruitment Privacy

We collect operational recruitment and resume information from prospective staffing candidates under our "Join Our Team" career frameworks. Candidate biodata, experience portfolios, educational histories, and contact coordinates are treated with strict confidentiality. This data is leveraged exclusively to evaluate career fitments and schedule mandatory professional grooming sessions.

6. PSARA & Police Verification Clearance Records

In accordance with the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act (PSARA) and state-specific statutory manpower regulations, all security personnel, housekeeping crews, and corporate assistants undergo mandatory local police verification and background screening checks. These clearance certificates and vetting logs are archived securely by our compliance team and only disclosed to engaging corporate Clients upon formal audit requests.

7. CCTV & Access Control Surveillance Data

While our deployed executive security officers operate facility access controls, CCTV monitoring desks, and visitor logs inside Client premises, the Company does not own, retain, or store these surveillance records on its corporate databases. All local video feeds, gate passes, and security rosters remain the exclusive property and legal responsibility of the engaging Client.

8. POSH & Operational Incident Secrecy

Recrutiz strictly adheres to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) guidelines and maintains absolute confidentiality regarding all workplace incident escalations. Any operational discrepancies, physical safety hazards, or HR disputes reported by deployed housekeepers, receptionists, or security personnel are locked in secure files and processed through private legal mediation setups.

9. Your Rights & Data Erasure

You maintain absolute ownership and control over your data. Upon written request to our corporate relations desk at info@recrutiz.com, we will immediately delete any personal request histories or callback logs from our active databases.

Administrators can also delete quotes and reset service catalogs directly from the dashboard workspace at any time.
